ABOUT THE STAMPS

Superb stamps German Occupation of Montenegro, including the rarest stamp of WWII - just less than 1000 issued, less than 100 known. Stamps come with certificate BRUNEL BPP. There are no other "faults" which could be spotted with naked eyes. Regarding the overprint: For this particular set of stamps (Nationaler) there was 2 different photogravure printings. For this stamp misspelling errors is also well known eg. Verwaltungsausschuss become Verwaltungsausuuss instead. This second variety was then also quite often used in forgeries what is the reason more that you have to have such stamps approved- certified. Catalogue price by every Special Catalogue stated price as POA.
